Privacy Policy

Stikora ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information our Android app and website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to the Stikora mobile application ("the App") and the website at stikora.app.
1. Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate Stikora.
- Account information — if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address, display name, and profile photo URL via Google's OAuth verified ID token. We do not receive your Google password.
- Sticker content — images you select, paste, or generate inside the App are processed to produce stickers. Images you choose to upload to the community sticker store are stored on our servers under the account that uploaded them. Images that remain on your device are not sent to us.
- Push notification token — if you grant notification permission, the App registers a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token so we can notify you when an AI sticker generation finishes. The token is associated with your account.
- Subscription records — if you purchase Stikora Pro, Google Play Billing reports the purchase identifier to us so we can grant the entitlement. We do not receive your payment card details — these are handled by Google Play.
- Diagnostic information — crash reports and basic usage events (app opens, feature usage counters) are collected to keep the App stable and improve features. These do not contain the contents of your stickers.
- Advertising identifier — if ads are shown, the Google Mobile Ads SDK uses your device's Advertising ID (AAID) under Google's policies; you can reset or limit this in your Android system settings.
2. How we use information
- To create, edit, and deliver sticker packs you request.
- To process AI-generated stickers and notify you when results are ready.
- To verify and provision your Stikora Pro subscription.
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability.
- To respond to your support requests.
3. Third-party services
We rely on the following providers to operate the App. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Google (Firebase, Google Sign-In, FCM, Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads) — authentication, push, payments, ads. See Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — backend hosting, content delivery for our sticker catalog and AI processing endpoints. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Tenor and Giphy — optional GIF search inside the animated sticker editor. Requests are made directly from the App to those services when you use that feature.
- Google ML Kit — on-device subject segmentation. The model runs locally on your device; image data does not leave the device for this step.
4. Data storage and security
Sticker content and account information are stored on Cloudflare R2 and Cloudflare's edge network in encrypted form. We use TLS for all network traffic between the App and our servers. Authentication uses short-lived OAuth ID tokens verified server-side. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Children's privacy
Stikora is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@stikora.app and we will delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account — email support@stikora.app and we will delete your account, uploaded packs, and FCM token within 30 days.
- Opt out of analytics — turn off "Personalized ads" in your Android system settings; the App honors this signal.
- Limit push notifications — revoke notification permission in your Android settings at any time.
- Sign in without Google — most App features work without signing in. You only need an account to back up packs, sync across devices, and use AI generation quotas.
7. Region-specific rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact support@stikora.app. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when we change features or service providers. Material changes will be announced in the App. The "effective date" at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
